We make delicious hand-crafted chocolate with just two ingredients: whole, single-origin cacao beans and cane sugar

We have a deep respect for these ingredients and the place they come from (terroir), so we’re devoted to crafting them in such a way that brings out their complexity. We want to show the brighter and bolder side of cacao and prove that chocolate can taste like more than just, well… chocolate! This is why we don’t use lecithins, emulsifiers or soy, no dairy, no added cacao butter, not even vanilla. We want the beans to do the talking. We hope that our craft chocolate proves the diversity of cacao, so that you can appreciate why fine cacao is worth saving!
